Wonder how effective it would be! I think it would be more effective if the data is collected from real appliance!

I am a college student and I would like to know how to save up energy in the activities that I do, either on campus or on my apartment; with my devices (cellphone, etc.) Thanks.

I also look to understand this option better. Why did you created Hohm. and how is it related to your core business, the software developement.? Well, you do not need to answer that question though.

    Good Luck

Attempted to enter electricity usage and cost manually and continually got error message.  I tried both the total cost and a per kwh cost but it would not accept either.

I have one zone gas heat and air conditioner and a second zone which is air to air heat pump.  The model doesn't allow for such a combination.

The model asks for R value on blinds.  I have no idea and do not think anyone else would either.

More utilities are starting of offer demand response opportunities:  Time of use rates, in premises enabling devices to manage usage (e.g. Comverge thermostat setback devices) and use of back-up generators during critical peak time.  Hohm should get ahead of these trends, not follow them after the fact.

    Overall impression: disappointing
